Reviewing HSK at Dante's

I'm having Latte in one of my favorite coffee shops- Dante's Coffee. No sugar added, the way I like it!

I'm feeling nervous about the quiz (Mandarin Grammar) tomorrow. All the lessons I reviewed previously were gone...

On my mind are the families, relatives, and friends who greeted me yesterday (more than 200s), and I have to find time to reply and to appreciate all their thoughtfulness. For now, I need to concentrate reviewing first :)

HSK is a Chinese Proficiency Test, recognized around the world.
(Just like Chinese as a Second Language Exam)

I am not bothered by the fact that I am unknown.
I am bothered when I do not know others.

Hello Lani,

Ni hao ma?

Welcome to Tea Talk. Thank you for joining us this week. I got excited when I heard you're studying Mandarin. I did, too, many years ago when I lived in China. I loved studying Mandarin but I didn't like the stress of having exams.

I hope you have a grand day. Blessings!

Hello Lani~ I had tea with you today. God bless you on your test. Sounds intense. I know it is hard to show adequate appreciation to so many people. It is good that you are willing and I hope you will be able. Thank you for sharing tea with us.

Hi Lani, found you via Ruth's Tea Talk! I'd love to hear more about who you are and how you got to where you are and why you've chosen to study Mandarin (good luck and God bless you with that test, btw!)...we're always up for a good story! Perhaps an "About Me" tab could join the maps tabs up top? I'd so enjoy it!

I love the background you picked for your blog, I'd seen it in the blogspot offerings, but didn't know how it looked actually on a blog...very nice!

Blessings,
Lori

Hi, Nice having coffee with you. wow, Mandarin, that's one hard language to learn, I hear. I have a friend who lived in China for 15 years, and he said it was hard. I have never liked exams period, I was glad that when I had to learn English, there were no exams.
