Danshui in Ordinary Day

Overlooking Bali (pronounce as Pali)
This is how Danshui looks like in an ordinary day specially during winter.
The place is gloomy! Usually, we come here to see the sunset and spend time
walking around the night market while munching.

Even this boat is just waiting here for passengers to go to Bali.
On weekends, the boat leaves every now and then,
but for this day not much wants to ride.

Finally, after 30 minutes, the boat is off to the opposite shore.

The favorite corner of people strolling around here,
now it looks like we can play bowling.

Lani...I think I am following you today, and am having a wonderful time. Bali....what a grand destination. I have read so much about it through the years, but it is way too far for us to ever visit. I just love your blog. It takes me to places I would not get to see otherwise. Hugs.

What a lovely scene and the place looks clean too. The boat looks so inviting too, how long does it take to Bali? I've been to Yogyakarta and Surakarta last January, and it was an amazing 'lakwatsa'!

Mountain and water ... a great mix to make a beautiful sight.

To Andrea: this is not Bali, Indonesia. I suppose this is Bali in Taipei (pronounced Pali). Bali, Indonesia (pronounced Bali) is the one that is close to Yogyakarta and Surakarta (should be around 30 - 45 mins by plane).
