Walking Down to Wholesale Goods Street

Taipei Wholesale Street, 2011
I took this photo from walk bridge at the back of Taipei Train Station on my way to Dihua Street  (迪化街) for the 2011 Lunar Year Food Bazaar (I will be posted soon!). Underground of this street is Taipei City Mall (地下街).

This is just an ordinary scene here in Taipei, it's not traffic yet :)

It looks like a moped parade in the second photo! I must say I LOVE the colours in the last photo. Will come over for some shopping one day!

The different levels of bridges is fascinating. A little scary, too!

«Louis» was out all day Sunday and unable to visit those who contributed to Sunday Bridges. Belatedly, he thanks you for your contribution.

What is the Chinese name of this street? Is it Zhong Hua Lu? The buses are so much more modern now, not those old green ones anymore. The highway looks pretty new to me as well, but perhaps I just don't remember.
