The lanterns are lovely rubies. The classic curvy shape is a contrast to the modern building, all straight lines and no curves. The old and new styles look great together...
Can still see them at the Chinatown daily!
They sure add a touch of great color against the dark gray of the building.

What a great red idea for the buildings. I would love to have seen that sight. However, it was nice seeing it through your lens.
